公司在簽訂合同后嚴格按照設計要求及竣工日期編制生產(chǎn)安裝調試計劃書(shū)(含具體施工方案、施工進(jìn)度表、質(zhì)量監督措施等)。確保人員、材料、設備全方位按期到位,整個(gè)施工過(guò)程由項目負責人進(jìn)行監控管理,現場(chǎng)督察施工進(jìn)度及工程質(zhì)量,最后由質(zhì)檢工程師按照相關(guān)質(zhì)檢標準及設計要求進(jìn)行全面質(zhì)量檢查并進(jìn)行系統調試,直到工程各項性能符合設計要求。

本公司在工程驗收合格后,向用戶(hù)提交全套工程技術(shù)資料及產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書(shū),作為用戶(hù)操作機維護保養指南,同時(shí)本公司負責對用戶(hù)指定的設備使用管理人員進(jìn)行全面培訓,內容包括:(1)工程主要結構及系統工作原理;(2)正確使用操作方法;(3)日常維護保養方法;(4)常見(jiàn)故障原因及排除方法;(5)特殊情況緊急處理措施;(6)按照以上培訓內容進(jìn)行實(shí)際操作演示培訓,知道熟練掌握正確使用方法為止。
Installation and debugging
After the contract is signed, we will work out a plan about production, installation and debugging (including the specific scheme, schedule of construction, quality supervision measures, etc.) in strict line with the design requirements and the completion date. Then we will have personnel, materials and equipment all in place on schedule. The project director will implement comprehensive supervision and management for the entire construction course, including checking the construction progress and quality on the construction site. At last, the quality engineer will carry out overall quality inspections for the construction according to relevant quality standards and design requirements and have system debugging done till all performances of the project are in line with the design requirements.

For any technical difficulties met by you when using our products,we will send professionals for on-the-spot service so that difficulties may be solved in time.
